Digital Products (eBooks, Music Downloads):

All digital sales are final. Once delivered, there are no refunds.

Downloads are for personal use only and may not be distributed, resold, or shared.

Physical Products (Merch, Books, CDs):

Please allow 7–10 business days for shipping (unless otherwise noted).

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for entering correct shipping info. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Subscriptions (Artist Tiers):

Monthly artist subscriptions are billed automatically.

You may cancel at any time, but cancellations apply to future charges only.

If you cancel or miss a payment, your music will be removed from streaming platforms and your artist services (including promo, profile pages, and artwork support) will be paused.

Music can be reactivated by rejoining your tier or transferring distribution independently.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Your info will never be sold or shared.

Payment details are securely handled through our third-party processor (e.g. Stripe).
